The Balkan Mathematical Olympiad BMO is an annual contest for secondary school students under the age of 20 and is organized by one of the Member Countries in the Balkan area and Cyprus. In recent years the hosts have also invited some non-member guest countries. In every competition or test there are four problems usually covering geometry, number theory, algebra, and combinatorics, which lasts four and a half hours.
